Mint Buttermilk Curry (Pudina Moru Curry)

Ingredients for Mint Buttermilk Curry (Pudina Moru Curry):

1. Thick curd – 2 cups

    Water – 1 cup

2. Ginger chopped – 1 small spoon

    Green chillies – 2

    Mint leaves – 2 big spoons

    Coconut scrapped – 2 big spoons

3. Salt – For taste

How to prepare Mint Buttermilk Curry (Pudina Moru Curry)?

1. Blend curd with water.

2. Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 2.

3. Add this coconut paste and salt to buttermilk.

4. Mix the contents well and serve soon.
