Masala Puri
Ingredients for Masala Puri:
1. Wheat flour – 2 cups
2. Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Salt – As required
3. Oil – For deep frying
4. Water – ½ cup
How to prepare Masala Puri?
1. Take wheat flour in a bowl and mix it with ingredients no: 2.
2. Make a pit at the centre and add 1 tsp oil and sufficient water.
3. Knead the dough by mixing all the ingredients together.
4. Keep the dough closed and allow it to rest for 30 minutes.
5. Again knead the dough and make small balls from it.
6. Spread puris and deep fry in hot oil.

Masala Puri (Recipe 2)
Ingredients for Masala Puri (Recipe 2):
1. Wheat flour – 1.5 cups
2. Coriander leaves chopped – ½ cup
Green chillies chopped – 6
Garlic – 4 cloves
3. Turmeric powder – A pinch
Salt – For taste
Oil – 2 table spoons
4. Lukewarm water – 1 cup
5. Oil – For frying
How to prepare Masala Puri (Recipe 2)?
1. Smash once ingredients no: 2 using a mixer.
2. Take wheat flour in a big bowl and add ingredients no: 3.
3. Mix the contents and add smashed coriander leaves.
4. Add lukewarm water and knead the contents to prepare the dough.
5. Apply a thin coat of oil on the surface and allow it to rest for half an hour.
6. Make balls from dough and roll them to get puris.
7. Deep fry puris in hot oil and serve hot.
