Manohara is a traditional Udupi dessert, served with meals.

Ingredients for Manohara:
1. Maida – 2 cups
2. Ghee – 2 cups
3. Coconut scraped – 1 cup
4. Sugar powdered – 1 cup
How to prepare Manohara?
1. Add water to the maida and knead the dough similar to Puri.
2. Make small balls from this dough and spread them into thin puris.
3. Heat the ghee and deep fry the puris till they turn crispy.
4. Smash the pooris using your hands and fry again till they turn golden brown.
5. Add coconut and sugar, mix well, and serve.
