Mango Salad (Recipe 2)
Ingredients for Mango Salad:
1. Mango fruit – 2 – medium sized, cut into small square pieces
Tomato – 1 big, cut into small square pieces
Capsicum – 1 big, cut into small square pieces
Coriander chopped fine – ½ cup
Frozen corn – 1 cup
Onion chopped fine – 2 big spoons
Cumin powder – 2 small spoons
2. Extra virgin olive oil – 2 big spoons
Lemon juice – From 1 lemon
Salt – ½ small spoon
3. Crushed chillies – As per taste
How to prepare Mango Salad?
1. Mix ingredients no: 1 in a bowl and keep in refrigerator for a few hours.
2. Mix ingredients no: 2 and prepare dressing.
3. Just before you serve, take the chopped vegetables & fruits from refrigerator.
4. Pour the dressing on top, and sprinkle crushed chillies.
5. Serve the salad as soon as you prepare it.
