pacha maanga chammanthi

Ingredients for Maanga Thottukoottaan:

  1. Medium sized mango (less sour) – 2 cut into fine pieces after removing skin
  2. Red chillies cooked in hearth or flame – 4
  3. Shallots – 4 chopped into very fine pieces
  4. Salt – As required
  5. Coconut oil – A little

How to prepare Maanga Thottukoottaan?

  1. Mix all ingredients together except coconut oil and crush well.
  2. Add a little coconut to this crushed mango mixture, and use as side dish for rice, tapioca or yam.
