Chakka kuru ladoo

Ingredients of Jackfruit Coconut Ball:

1. Jackfruit – 1 kg

2. Sugar – ¼ kg

    Ghee – 100 gm

    Coconut scrapped – 1

3. Condensed milk – 1 tin

    Vanilla essence – 1 small spoon

4. Coconut scrapped blended in a mixer – For rolling

How to prepare Jackfruit Coconut Balls?

1. Blend well in a mixer 1 kg jackfruit.

2. Along with jackfruit, sauté ingredients no: 2 in a mixer.

3. Continue stirring till the mixture thickens and gets loosened from sides of urli.

4. Add condensed milk and vanilla essence to it, and keep stirring till the content thickens.

5. It should be thickened enough to make balls out of it.

6. When it cools, apply ghee on your palm and make balls out of it.

7. Roll it on powdered coconut and serve.
