Idiyappam and Vegetable Stew (Raw food)
Ingredients for Idiyappam and Vegetable Stew (Raw food):
For Idiyappam:
1. Cucumber chopped similar to noodles structure – 200 gm
2. Crystal salt powdered – A pinch
3. Coconut scrapped – 50 gm
For Vegetable stew:
4. Tender coconut beaten – 50 gm
Coconut milk – 100 milli
5. Garam masala powder – A pinch
Fennel powder – A pinch
Pepper powder – a pinch
Ginger chopped similar to match stick structures – ½ small spoon
Ginger grated – A pinch
Curry leaves – A small stem
Crystal salt – ½ small spoon
How to prepare Idiyappam and Vegetable Stew (Raw food)?
1. Add sufficient salt to chopped cucumber.
2. In a spoon place a little scrapped coconut, followed by noodle shaped cucumber like an idiyappam.
3. Flip it to a serving plate and thus prepare idiyappam.
4. Continue the process with remaining cucumber pieces too.
5. To prepare veg stew, add coconut milk to tender coconut beaten.
6. Add ingredients no: 5 to it and mix the contents well.
