Gulab Jamun Cake
Ingredients for Gulab Jamun Cake:
1. Butter (after brought to room temperature) – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
2. Eggs – 3
3. Maida – 1 cup
Gulab jamun pre-mix – 1 cup
Baking powder – 1 small spoon
Cardamom powder – 1 small spoon
4. Milk – 4 big spoons
5. Cashews – 2-3 big spoons
How to prepare Gulab Jamun Cake?
1. Preheat oven in 170 degree celsious.
2. Grease loaf pan/round pan and place paper, and keep aside.
3. Whip well sugar and butter. Add eggs one by one, and beat the contents in between.
4. Mix together ingredients no: 3 and slowly add to egg mixture.
5. Add milk also and mix well and transfer the contents to greased pan.
6. Sprinkle cashews on top.
7. Bake the cake in the pre-heated oven for 40-45 minutes.
