Green Mango Squash

Ingredients for Green Mango Squash:

1. Raw Mango – 1 kg 

    Water – 2 cups 

2. Sugar – 1.5 kg 

    Water – 2 cups 

3. Citric Acid – 1/2 tsp 

    Potassium Metabisulfite – 2 drops 

How to prepare Green Mango Squash?

1. Boil the mango with water and set it aside. 

2. Once cooled, blend the mango in a mixer and strain it. 

3. Mix sugar and water, then add citric acid and heat until the sugar dissolves completely. 

4. Add the mango juice to the sugar syrup, stir well, and bring it to a boil. Remove from heat and let it cool. 

5. Take ¼ cup of the cooled juice, mix it with potassium metabisulfite, and then combine it with the remaining juice. 

6. Once fully cooled, store it in a clean, dry bottle.
