Ginger Walnut Carrot Cake

Ingredients for Ginger Walnut Carrot Cake:

1. Carrot – 200 gm, grated

    Readymade crystalized ginger – 75 gm

    Walnut – 100 gm

2. Maida – 200 gm

    Baking soda – ½ small spoon

    Baking powder – 1 small spoon

    Salt – ¼ small spoon

    Readymade Ground ginger – 2 small spoon

3. Brown sugar – 175 gm

4. Egg – 2

    Oil – 200 milli

For Cream Cheese Icing:

5. Saltless butter – 100 gm

    Icing sugar – 100 gm

6. Cornflour – 1 small spoon

    Cream cheese – 100 gm

    Ginger juice – 1 small spoon

How to prepare Ginger Walnut Carrot Cake?

1. Pre-heat oven in 170 degree celsious.

2. Chop crystalized ginger and walnuts.

3. Blend together ingredients no: 2.

4. Take brown sugar in a big bowl and add butter and eggs.

5. Mix the ingredients well, followed by maida mixture.

6. Slowly mix the contents and then add ingredients no: 1 to prepare the batter.

7. Grease a baking pan and pour the batter into it.

8. Bake the cake in pre-heated oven for approximately 45 minutes.

9. To prepare icing, first beat together ingredients no: 5.

10. Add ingredients no: 6 to it and mix well to prepare the icing.

11. When cake cools completely pour this icing mixture on its top.
