Fried Chapatti
Ingredients for Fried Chapatti:
1. Cooked chapattis – 4
2. Eggs beaten – 2
Onions chopped fine – 1
Green chillies chopped – 2
Coconut scrapped – 1 big spoon
Coriander leaves – A little
Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon
Salt – For taste
3. Ghee – A little
How to prepare Fried Chapatti?
1. Tear each chapatti to four pieces.
2. Blend ingredients no: 2 and keep aside.
3. Heat ghee in a pan, dip each chapatti in the mixture and place in the pan.
4. Flip both sides and cook the chapatti well.
5. Continue the process for remaining chapattis too.
6. Wrap in an aluminum foil. Your easy lunch is ready.
