
Ingredients for Fried Chapati:
1. Cooked chapatis – 4
2. Eggs beaten – 2
Onions chopped fine – 1
Green chillies chopped – 2
Coconut grated – 1 big spoon
Coriander leaves – A little
Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon
Salt – For taste
3. Ghee – A little
How to prepare Fried Chapati?
1. Tear each chapati into four pieces.
2. Blend ingredients no: 2 and keep aside.
3. Heat ghee in a pan, dip each chapatti in the mixture and place it in the pan.
4. Flip both sides and cook the chapatti well.
5. Continue the process for the remaining chapattis too.
6. Wrap in an aluminium foil. Your easy lunch is ready.
