Fish Nuggets

Ingredients for Fish Nuggets:

1. Cooked fish adding salt and pepper & powdered – 1 cup

2. Corn flour – ½ small spoon

    Salt – For taste

3. White pepper powder – As required (Optional)

4. Egg – 1, beaten

5. Bread crumbs – ¼ cup

6. Oil – As required

How to prepare Fish Nuggets?

1. Mix fish with ingredients no: 2.

2. If needed, add extra cornflour.

3. Add extra white pepper powder if needed.

4. Make small lemon-sized balls from this fish mixture and make cashew nut shapes.

5. Dip in beaten egg, and coat in bread crumbs.

6. Deep fry in hot oil.
