Corn Pulao

Ingredients for Corn Pulao:

1. Ghee – 2 big spoons

2. Onions – 1, chopped fine

    Green chillies – 3, chopped fine

    Cinnamon – 1

    Cardamom – 3

    Bay leaf – 1

    Cloves – 3

    Star Anise – 1

3. Ginger-garlic crushed – 2 small spoons

4. Corn – 1 cup

    Salt – For taste

5. Green peas – ½ cup

6. Basmati rice boiled – 2 cups

7. Red capsicum chopped fine – 1 big spoon

    Coriander leaves chopped fine – 2 big spoons

    Cashews fried – 10

How to prepare Corn Pulao?

1. Heat ghee and sauté ingredients no: 2.

2. Add crushed ginger-garlic and sauté again.

3. Add corn and cook the contents.

4. Add salt and when it’s half done, add green peas and cook in low flame.

5. Add cooked basmati rice, mix gently and put off the flame.

6. Decorate with ingredients no: 7 and serve.
