Cookies and Cream Ice Cream recipe

Ingredients for Cookies and Cream Ice Cream:

1. Thick milk – 1 cup

2. Sugar powdered – 5 big spoons

3. Vanilla essence – 1 small spoon

4. Thick cream – 1.5 cups

5. Chocolate cream biscuit (blended) – 5 big spoons

How to prepare Cookies and Cream Ice Cream?

1. Pour milk to a saucepan and add sugar.

2. Heat it in low flame and keep stirring till sugar dissolves completely.

3. Add vanilla essence and put the flame off.

4. Allow it to cool off completely and place it in the refrigerator to chill.

5. Whip the cream till it thickens.

6. Add milk mixture and blend well.

7. Place it in the freezer for half an hour.

8. Blend well in a mixer & place it back in the freezer.

9. Continue the process two more times and freeze again.

10. When the ice cream starts thickening, add biscuit powder.

11. Mix it slowly and place it back in the refrigerator.

12. Serve chilled.
