Collagen Soup

Ingredients for Collagen Soup:

1. Virgin coconut oil – 10 milli

2. Tomato – 1 (only its flesh)

3. Crystal salt – As needed

4. Moringa leaves – ¼ cup

5. Broth/Stock/Soup – 1 cup

6. Lemon juice – ½ small spoon

    Pepper powder – ½ small spoon

How to prepare Collagen Soup?

1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté tomato adding salt.

2. Add moringa leaves and mix the contents.

3. Add broth and allow the contents to boil.

4. Put off the flame.

5. Add ingredients no: 6, mix well and serve.
