Chutney Stuffed Idli
Ingredients for Chutney Stuffed Idli:
1. Coconut scrapped – 1.5 cups
Shallots – 5
Green chillies – 6
Curd- 2 big spoons
Salt – As needed
2. ldli batter – As needed
How to prepare Chutney Stuffed Idli?
1. Mix together ingredients no: 1 and make a fine paste without adding water.
2. Apply a little oil to the moulds of idli maker and pour a little batter to fill it half.
3. Pour 1 spoon chutney on its top.
4. Then fill the mould completely using idli batter.
5. Repeat the process to fill other moulds as well and cook in steam similar to normal idlis.
6. Your stuffed chutney-idli is ready. You can taste it with chutney powder.

Ingredients for Chutney Idli (Recipe 2):
1. Coconut scrapped – 1.5 cups
Shallots – 5
Green chillies – 5
Ginger chopped – 1 small spoon
Tamarind – 1 small spoon
Salt – For taste
2. Idli batter – ½ litre
How to prepare Chutney Idli (Recipe 2)?
1. Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 5 using a mixer, and make thick chutney.
2. Grease moulds of idli-maker and pour a little batter first.
3. Place a little chutney at the centre portion of each mould.
4. Pour batter again, and fill the moulds.
5. Steam cook them like normal idlis.
