Chocolate Sharjah

Ingredients for Chocolate Sharjah:

  1. Milk – 1 packet of half litre
  2. Sugar – ½ cup
  3. Banana (any small type – rasa kadali is the best) – 1
  4. Cashew nut powdered – 5
  5. Ground nut powdered – 5
  6. Boost or chocolate powder – 2 spoons
  7. Chocolate ice cream – 1 scoop
  8. Cherry – 1

How to prepare Chocolate Sharjah?

  1. Freeze the milk in refrigerator and then break into pieces.
  2. Grind it well in mixer adding banana and sugar.
  3. Add the powders and blend it again.
  4. Pour in glass, add ice cream and place a cherry on the top.
  5. Of course, serve cold.
