Chocolate Cup Cake recipe

Ingredients for Chocolate Cup Cake:

1. Coco powder – 50 gm

    Maida – 175 gm

    Salt – ½ small spoon

   Baking soda – ½ small spoon

   Sugar – 225 gm, powdered

2. Saltless butter at room temperature – 175 gm

3. Eggs – 2, big

   Milk – 175 milli

   Vanilla essence – 1 small spoon

For Ganache:

4. Dark chocolate – 300 gm

    Amul fresh cream – 300 gm

How to prepare Chocolate Cup Cake?

1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degree celsious.

2. Put cupcake cover in cupcake tin.

3. Take ingredients no: 1 in a big bowl.

4. Using a hand mixer, mix the contents well, followed by butter.

5. Beat ingredients no: 3 in another bowl and pour into the above maida mixture.

6. You can also add chocolate chips if you want.

7. Pour the batter into cupcake moulds to 3/4th portion and bake for the next 20-25 minutes in the pre-heated oven.

8. To prepare Ganache, first mix the chocolate and cream and microwave for 20 seconds.

9. Take it out, mix well, and microwave for 20 seconds more.

10. Continue the process till chocolate completely melts.

11. Refrigerate it for the next 30 minutes and then beat it well using a hand mixer.

12. Fill this mixture into a piping bag and pipe it on the top of the prepared cakes.

13. Decorate your chocolate cakes using nuts or candies if you desire.
