Ingredients for Chocolate Brownie:

1. Chocolate – 400 gm

2. Butter – ¾ cup

3. Sugar – 1.25 cups

4. Eggs – 2

5. Maida – ¾ cup

6. Coco powder – ¼ cup

7. Salt – 1 tsp

8. Chocolate chips/scrapped – 300 gms

How to prepare Chocolate Brownie?

1. Blend maida in a bowl.

2. Add coco powder, melted butter, sugar, egg, salt and melted chocolate to it.

3. Using an egg beater mix the ingredients well to prepare batter.

4. Add chocolate pieces to it and mix again.

5. Transfer the contents to a greased tray.

6. Pre-heat oven at 180 degree celsious.

7. Place the tray in oven and bake your brownie for 20 minutes till it is done.

Chocolate Brownie (Recipe 2)

Ingredients for Chocolate Brownie (Recipe 2):

1. Butter – 175 gm

2. Sugar powdered – 350 gm

    Vanilla essence – 1 small spoon

3. Eggs – 3

4. Maida – 100 gm

5. Baking powder – 1 small spoon (not as heap)

    Coco powder – 75 gm

6. Nuts (cashew nuts/walnut) – 75 gm, broken

How to prepare Chocolate Brownie (Recipe 2)?

1. Grease the cake tin using butter and place butter paper inside it. Grease butter paper too.

2. Pre-heat oven in 180 degree celsious.

3. Melt butter in a pan and pour to the big mixing bowl.

4. Add vanilla essence and sugar to it and mix well.

5. Beat egg in a small bowl and add to the mixing bowl.

6. Blend maida and add to the above mixture and mix well.

7. Also add baking powder and coco powder and mix again. Add nuts finally.

8. Transfer the batter to the greased tray and spread it using the back side of the spoon.

9. Bake the brownie in preheated oven for 40 minutes.

10. Your brownie is well cooked when the upper layer turns crispy.

11. Remove brownie from tray after 5 minutes.

12. Cut and serve when brownie completely cools.

Ingredients for Chocolate Brownie (Recipe 3):

1. Butter – 50 gm

    Dark chocolate – 75 gm

2. Maida – 40 gm

    Coco powder – 10 gm

3. Cashews – 50 gm

    Walnut – 25 gm

4. Eggs – 2

    Sugar – 150 gm

5. Vanilla essence – 5 milli

How to prepare Chocolate Brownie (Recipe 3)?

1. Pre-heat oven in 180 degree celsious.

2. Melt chocolate and butter together.

3. Mix maida and coco powder, and add chopped cashews and walnuts.

4. Beat eggs and sugar together till foam forms, and add to melted chocolate mixture.

5. Add maida mixture, followed by vanilla essence and mix the contents well.

6. Grease a baking tray and pour this batter into it.

7. Bake the brownie for 30 minutes in pre-heated oven.
