Chilli Perotta
Ingredients for Chilli Perotta:
1. Perotta – 2
2. Oil – 2 small spoons
3. Onions – 3, cut into square pieces
Green chillies – 3, end split
Capsicum – 1, cut into square pieces
4. Egg – 1
5. Maggie chicken cube – 1
How to prepare Chilli Perotta?
1. Tear perotta into small pieces.
2. Heat oil and sauté ingredients no: 3.
3. When onions turn tender, add egg and scramble it.
4. Add perota pieces and chicken cubes.
5. Mix all ingredients together, reduce flame and cook in low flame with lid closed.
6. When perotta turns soft, open the lid & mix together once again.
