Chilli Chicken Fry

Ingredients for Chilli Chicken Fry:

1. Chicken – 1kg, cut into small pieces

2. Celery finely chopped – 4tsp

    Vinegar – 2tsp

    Soy sauce – 1tsp

    Salt – As required

3. Oil – 1/4 cup

4. Garlic crushed with skin – 2tsp

5. Green chilli deseeded and sliced round – 4tsp

6. Onion thinly sliced lengthwise – 1 cup

7. Kashmiri chilli powder – A little

How to prepare Chilli Chicken Fry?

1. Cook the chicken with the second set of ingredients until dry and set aside.

2. Heat oil in a pan, fry the garlic, and set it aside.

3. Add green chilli to the same oil and sauté.

4. Add onion and sauté until light brown, then add Kashmiri chilli powder.

5. Add the cooked chicken and ensure the chilli powder coats the chicken well.

6. Do not overcook the chicken.

7. Once the water has evaporated, garnish with green chilli pieces and chopped celery.
