Chicken Stroganoff

Ingredients for Chicken Stroganoff:

1. Boneless chicken cut into 1/2-inch pieces – 600 gram

2. Salt – For taste

    Pepper powder – As required

3. Oil – 3 big spoons

4. Butter – 3 big spoons

5. Onions – 1 big, chopped

    Garlic – 3 cloves, chopped fine

6. Maida – 1 or 2 big spoons

7. Chicken broth – 400 milli

8. Cream – 1 cup

9. Sour-less thick curd – 2 big spoons

    Soya sauce – 1 small spoon

    Mustard sauce – Half small spoon

    Pepper powder – As needed

How to prepare Chicken Stroganoff?

1. Marinate chicken using salt and pepper and deep fry it.

2. Heat butter in the same pan and saute ingredients 5.

3. Add Maida and saute again.

4. Add chicken broth, mix well and boil for 2 minutes.

5. Add cream and mix the contents well. 

6. Add ingredients 9 and mix the contents well. 

7. When the gravy thickens, add fried chicken pieces.

8. Mix the ingredients, close the lid and cook in low flame for 5 minutes.

9. You can serve Chicken Stroganoff with pasta.
