Chicken Hot Spot

Ingredients for Chicken Hot Spot:

1. Boneless chicken – 250 gm

    Onions chopped fine – ½ cup

    Ginger-garlic paste – 1 small spoon

    Coriander powder – 1 small spoon

    Garam masala powder – 1 small spoon

    Green chillies chopped – 2 small spoons

2. Oil – 3 big spoons

3. Onions sliced – 1

    Tomato sauce – ½ cup

    Lemon juice – 1 big spoon

How to prepare Chicken Hot Spot?

1. Mix together ingredients no: 1 and blend well in a mixer without adding water.

2. Roll small sausages from this mixture.

3. Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan and deep fry the sausages.

4. Flip both sides and cook for 5 minutes.

5. After 5 minutes, take off from flame.

6. Decorate your chicken snack with ingredients no: 3 and serve.
