Caramel Apple Semolina Pudding recipe

Ingredients for Caramel Apple Semolina Pudding:

1. Green apple – 2, chopped into small pieces

2. Sugar – ½ cup

    Water – 1.5 cups

3. Milk – 2 cups

    Fresh cream – ¼ cup

4. Semolina – 2 big spoons + 1 small spoon

    Sugar – 4 big spoons

5. Vanilla essence – 1 small spoon

How to prepare Caramel Apple Semolina Pudding?

1. Caramelize ½ cup sugar slightly, in a thick-bottomed pan.

2. When it turns golden brown, add water and boil well.

3. Add apple pieces to it, and cook in low flame for 10-15 minutes. This is caramelized apple.

4. Mix milk and fresh cream in a thick-bottomed pan and boil in low flame.

5. Add semolina and sugar to it, and keep stirring to avoid lumps.

6. Add vanilla essence too.

7. When your pudding is cooked well and thickens, transfer it to a serving dish.

8. Allow it to cool.

9. In the serving bowl, first spread a little caramelized apple.

10. Spread rava mix on top and place in the refrigerator.

11. Just before you serve, decorate with caramelized apple, fresh berries, and mint leaves.
