Butterscotch Rice Pudding recipe

Ingredients for Butterscotch Rice Pudding:

1. Milk – 1 cup

2. Basmati rice – ½ cup

3. Brown sugar – 2 big spoons

    Egg – 1

    Vanilla essence – ½ a big spoon

    Raisins – 2 big spoons

    Almonds, chopped into two – 5

    Pista – 5

4. Sugar – ¾ cup

    Butter – 4 big spoons

How to prepare Butterscotch Rice Pudding?

1. Boil milk in a saucepan and cook rice on a low flame for 15 minutes. Keep the lid closed.

2. Mix ingredients no: 3 together and add to the milk-rice mixture.

3. Caramelize sugar and add butter to it. Transfer the contents to a bowl.

4. Pour rice-milk mixture on top.

5. Steam cook the pudding for 30 minutes.
