Ingredients for Banana Pancake with Honey:
1. Maida – 100 g
2. Salt – A pinch
3. Egg – 1
4. Milk – 250 to 300 ml
5. Robusta banana – 1
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Butter (melted) – 1 tbsp
6. Honey – 2 tbsp
How to prepare Banana Pancake with Honey?
1. In a bowl, mix maida and salt, and keep aside.
2. Make a small pit in the centre of the flour, add the egg and half the quantity of the milk. Beat slowly and mix without forming lumps.
3. In a mixer, add the ingredients listed as fifth along with the remaining milk and blend well.
4. Add this mixture to the prepared batter and blend again. Then allow it to rest for at least 10 minutes.
5. Heat a frying pan, spread a little butter, and pour one ladleful of prepared batter. Spread it gently into a thin circle (to make a pancake).
6. When one side is cooked, flip it over and cook the other side of the pancake.
7. Stack the prepared pancakes one above the other, and pour honey on top. (You can avoid if you don’t want excess sweetness)
8. If desired, sprinkle blueberries, cherries, or any fruit pieces of your choice before serving. You can make a variety of banana pancakes with different fruits.
