Apple Almond Cake recipe

Ingredients for Apple Almond Cake:

1. Sugar – 125 gm

2. Apple – 2, grated along with skin

3. Brandy – 2 big spoons

4. Maida – 250 gm

    Baking powder – 2.5 small spoons

    Cinnamon powder – ¾ small spoon

5. Butter – 250 gm

    Sugar powdered – 250 gm

6. Yellow yolk – 5

7. White yolk – 5

8. Almonds broken – 10 – 12 (1/2 cup)

    Salt – A pinch (if only you use salt-less butter)

    Vanilla essence – 1 small spoon

How to prepare Apple Almond Cake?

1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degree celsious.

2. Caramelize sugar, and cook it along with the grated apple.

3. Continue cooking till apple is cooked well and turns jam-like.

4. When it cools completely, add brandy and stir well.

5. Blend ingredients no: 4 together.

6. Beat butter and powdered sugar together till it turns soft.

7. Add yellow yolk and beat again.

8. Add the apple mixture and mix the contents well.

9. Beat the white yolk till foams appear.

10. Add the maida mixture and white yolk to the yellow yolk-apple mixture and slowly blend the contents.

11. Add ingredients no: 8 to it slowly and pour this batter into the greased baking tray.

12. Bake your cake for 40-45 minutes, till it is done.
