Aloo Paratha recipe

Ingredients for Aloo Paratha:

1. Wheat powder – 1 cup

2. Potatoes smashed – 3

3. Green chillies – 3

    Ginger chopped fine – 1 piece

    Coriander leaves chopped – 3 stems

    Pomegranate (Anardana) powder – 2 small spoons

    Salt – For taste

4. Sunflower oil – 2 big spoons

5. Cumin seeds – A pinch

6. Ghee – A little

Ingredients for Coriander Chutney:

7. Coriander leaves – A small bundle

8. Green chillies – 2

9. Garlic – 2 cloves

10. Salt – For taste

11. Pomegranate (Anardana) powder – 1/2 small spoon

12. Tomato – 1 small piece

How to prepare Aloo Paratha?

1. Knead the dough, adding sufficient water and salt, and make small balls from it.

2. Cook potatoes and smash well using your hands.

3. Mix it together with ingredients no: 3.

4. Heat oil in a pan and sputter cumin seeds.

5. Add the potato mixture, mix it well and take it off the flame.

6. Spread the balls to prepare slightly thick chapatis.

7. Apply a little oil on the surface of chapatis.

8. Place 2 big spoons of the potato mixture and spread the chapati again.

9. Seal it with another spread chapatti and cook in a frying pan, applying ghee on both sides.

10. To prepare coriander chutney, make a fine paste of ingredients 7-12.

11. Serve your hot Aloo Parathas with coriander chutney.
