Bread Baji
Ingredients for Bread Baji:
1. Bread – 5 slices
2. Maida – ½ cup
Rice powder – ¼ cup
Chilli powder – 1 small spoon
Turmeric powder – A little
Cumin powder – A pinch
Curry leaves chopped – A little
Ginger crushed – A small piece
Salt – For taste
3. Oil – For frying
How to prepare Bread Baji?
1. Cut each bread slice to three equal parts lengthwise.
2. Prepare the batter using ingredients no: 2 adding sufficient water. Water content should be almost equivalent to dosa batter.
3. Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan.
4. Dip each bread piece in this batter and deep fry till golden brown.
