Beef – Green Peas Stew
Ingredients for Beef – Green Peas Stew:
1. Beef small pieces – 1 cup
2. Salt – As required
Black pepper powder – 1 small spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon
3. Oil – As required
4. Garam masala (as whole) – 2 small spoons
Ginger, garlic and green chillies crushed – 1 small spoon each
5. Onions finely chopped – ¼ cup
6. Green peas (3/4th cooked) – ½ cup
7. Coconut milk – ½ cup
How to prepare Beef – Green Peas Stew?
1. Mix beef pieces with ingredients no: 2.
2. Cook beef in a pressure cooker till 7 or 8 whistles.
3. Heat oil and sauté ingredients no: 4.
4. Add onions and sauté again.
5. When onions changes colour, add beef and green peas and cook till water content is fully absorbed.
6. Reduce the flame, add coconut milk and salt.
7. When the contents get heated, take off from flame.
