Vision Soup

Ingredients for Vision Soup:

1. Spinach chopped fine – 2 cups

2. Onion chopped fine – 1

3. Carrot chopped fine – 1

4. Cornflour – 4 tsp

    Fat-free milk – 3 cups

5. Butter – 1 table spoon

6. Salt and pepper – As required

How to prepare Vision Soup?

1. Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions.

2. Sauté carrot and add 1 cup water.

3. Boil it for 5 minutes.

4. Add chopped spinach and cook it well.

5. Add ingredients no: 4, along with 2 cups of water and boil the contents.

6. Put off the flame and allow your soup to cool off.

7. Grind it well in a mixer. You can boil it again if you want to.

8. Add pepper and salt too.
