Rava Orappam recipe
 

Ingredients for Rava Orappam:

1. Roasted rava – 1 cup
    Coconut milk first – 1 cup
    Jaggery melted – 1 big ball
    Egg blended – 1
    Ghee – 2 big spoons
2. Cardamom powder – ½ small spoon
3. Cashews and raisins – To decorate
 

How to prepare Rava Orappam?

1. Mix ingredients no: 1 without any clot.
2. Heat these contents in a pan with a thick bottom till it becomes thick.
3. When the contents turn sticky, add cardamom powder and turn the flame off.
4. Apply a little oil or ghee to a container and transfer the contents to it.
5. Spread it well and decorate with cashews and raisins on top.
6. Steam cook for 25 minutes and serve.
