Sweet Square

Ingredients for Sweet Square:

1. Butter – 10 big spoons

    Sugar powdered – ½ cup

2. Egg beaten – 1

3. Grated carrot – ¼ cup

    Raisins chopped fine – 1.5 big spoons

4. Maida – ½ cup

    Almonds powdered – 2 big spoons

How to prepare Sweet Square?

1. Keep mixing butter and sugar together, till they turn soft.

2. Add beaten egg and mix well.

3. Mix carrot and raisins, followed by maida and almond powder.

4. Gently mix the contents.

5. Add egg mixture to it and mix again.

6. Pour the contents to a square glass dish and bake in oven.

7. Cut into square pieces once it’s done.
