Stuffed Chicken Breast
Ingredients for Stuffed Chicken Breast:
For stuffing:
1. Oil – 1 big spoon
2. Onion chopped fine – 1 big spoon
Garlic chopped fine – 1 small spoon
3. Mushroom chopped fine – 1 big spoon
Minced chicken – 100 gm
4. Salt, pepper powder – As required
5. Chicken breast – 1
6. Oil – 1 big spoon
Salt and pepper – As required
Lemon juice – From 2 lemons
8 to 8 sauce – 2 small spoons
How to prepare Stuffed Chicken Breast?
1. Heat oil and sauté onions and garlic for 1 minute.
2. Add mushroom and minced chicken, and cook in low flame.
3. Also add salt and pepper while cooking.
4. When water content is fully absorbed, take it from flame.
5. Make a hole towards the wing bone side of chicken breast.
6. Mix ingredients no: 6 together, and marinate chicken breast.
7. Allow it to rest for half an hour.
8. Fry it in medium flame in a tawa.
9. Fill the mushroom-minced chicken filling inside the hole of chicken breast.
10. Once the stuffing is done, fix a tooth pick too.
11. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry chicken breast, with lid closed.
12. Cook each side for 8 minutes.
13. You can serve Stuffed Chicken Breast with boiled vegetables of your choice.
