Soyabean Fry recipe

Ingredients for Soyabean Fry:

1. Soyabean – 50 gm

    Turmeric powder, salt – As per taste

2. Onions chopped – 2

    Ginger-garlic paste – ½ tsp each

    Curry leaves – 1 stalk

3. Coriander powder – 1 tsp

    Turmeric powder – a pinch

    Chilli powder – ½ tsp

    Garam masala powder – ½ tsp

4. Tomato chopped – 1

5. Coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon

6. Oil – 1 tablespoon

How to prepare Soyabean Fry?

1. Soak soya beans in boiled water for half an hour.

2. Gently squeeze them to remove water content and make small pieces if needed.

3. Cook it by adding sufficient water, salt and turmeric powder.

4. Heat oil in a pan, and fry ingredients no: 2.

5. Add the powders and sauté till the raw smell goes out.

6. Add chopped tomato and continue cooking till a clear layer of oil appears on the surface.

7. Add cooked soya bean and coriander leaves.

8. Continue cooking till the water content is fully absorbed.
