Cooker Rice Payasam recipe

Ingredients for Cooker Rice Payasam:

1. Payasam rice (Unakkalari) – ½ cup

2. Sugar – 1 cup

3. Milk – 4 cups

4. Ghee – 2 big spoons

5. Cardamom – 2, powdered

How to prepare Cooker Rice Payasam?

1. Transfer all ingredients to a pressure cooker and heat in flame.

2. When steam starts coming out, put the weight.

3. After two minutes, simmer the flame.

4. Cook for 40 minutes on a low flame.

5. After 20 minutes, you can open the cooker and serve.
