Red Velvet Cup Cake for Valentine

Ingredients for Red Velvet Cup Cake for Valentine:

1. Maida – 250 gram

    Cocoa powder – 2 big spoons

    Baking powder – Quarter a small spoon

2. Butter – Half cup

    Sugar – 3 cups

3. Yellow Yolk – 2

4. Vanilla essence – 1 small spoon

5. Red colour – Two big spoons

    Curd – Half cup

6. White Yolk – 2

7. Baking soda – 1 small spoon

8. Vinegar – 1 small spoon

How to prepare Red Velvet Cup Cake for Valentine?

1. Preheat the oven 180 degree celsius.

2. Blend ingredients 1 together.

3. Mix sugar and butter and blend well until it turns soft.

4. Add yellow yolk to it and mix well, followed by vanilla essence.

5. Mix the colour with the curd and pour it to butter mixture.

6. Add the maida mixture to it slowly and gently mix it.

7. Beat the white yolk, and when it rises up, add it to the cake mixture.

8. And baking soda to vinegar, and when it starts foaming, add it to the cake mixture.

9. Mix all the ingredients together and pour into the cupcake mould.

10. Bake your cake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.

11. Decorate and use.
