Raw Spring Roll recipe

Ingredients for Raw Spring Roll:

1. Pineapple – ½, chopped into thin lengthy pieces

    Apple – 1, chopped into thin 1-inch pieces

    Green and red capsicum – 1 each, chopped into thin 1-inch pieces 

2. Cashews powdered – 50 gm

    Lemon juice – From 2 lemons

3. Pepper powder – 1 small spoon

    Bird’s eye chilli chopped – As required

    Rock salt – For taste

4. Iceberg lettuce – As required

For tamarind dip:

5. Tamarind – A gooseberry-sized

6. Onion – ½, chopped fine

    Bird’s eye chillies – 2, chopped fine

    Rock salt – For taste

How to prepare Raw Spring Roll?

1. Manually mix ingredients no: 1 with ingredients listed as 2.

2. Add ingredients no: 3 to it and mix the contents well.

3. Place a little of this filling on a lettuce leaf and roll it.

4. Continue the process for the remaining pineapple-cashew mixture too.

5. Serve your raw spring roll with tamarind dip.

6. To prepare the tamarind dip, soak the tamarind in water and extract the juice first.

7. Add ingredients no: 6 to it and mix well.

8. You can adjust the number of chillies for the tamarind dip.
