Noodles – Is not generally considered a healthy snack or main course dish, especially when artificial taste enhancers are used. Yet on rare occassions, you can prepare an easy Noodle Cutlet for kids during tea time. 

Noodle Cutlet Recipe

Noodle Cutlet & Jam Bread Roll

Ingredients for Noodle Cutlet:

  1. Green peas boiled and smashed – ¼ cup
  2. Corn boiled and smashed – ¼ cup
  3. Gram flour – 2 tablespoons
  4. Noodles cooked – 1.5 cups
  5. Salt – For taste
  6. Cumin powder – ½ tsp
  7.  Garlic paste – ½ tsp
  8.  Garam masala powder – ¼ tsp
  9. Red chillies crushed – 1 tsp
  10. Cheese grated – ½ cup
  11. Milk – 2 tablespoons
  12. Bread crumbs and oil for frying – As required

How to prepare Noodle Cutlet?

  1. Mix all ingredients – from 1 to 12.
  2. Spread them into cutlet balls.
  3. Roll each cutlet in bread crumbs.
  4. Deep fry in hot oil.

Note: You can prepare the cutlet overnight and store it in the refrigerator. The next morning, take it out and keep it outside for a while before you fry. It’s an excellent snack for kids.
