
Ingredients for Mutton Soup:
- Mutton – 250 gm, cut into big pieces
- Green chillies – 3
Water – 3 cups
Salt – For taste - Broccoli florets – 1 cup
Mushroom – 100 gm, each one cut into 4 pieces
Cabbage cut into small pieces – ¼ cup
Soup cube – 1 - Pepper powder – As needed
How to prepare Mutton Soup?
- Cook mutton in a pressure cooker along with ingredients no: 2.
- Strain water and cook ingredients no: 3 in a pan, adding this stock.
- When vegetables are cooked, add pepper powder.
- Chop the cooked mutton, remove bones if needed and add to the soup.
- Boil the contents well and serve your mutton soup hot.
- You can also add egg noodles to your mutton soup to bring a twist.
