Muttaappam kerala dish

Ingredients for Muttaappam:

1. Egg – 3 

    Raw Rice – 1 cup 

    Cooked Rice (another type) – 1/2 cup 

    Salt – To taste 

2. Water – To grind the rice 

3. Oil – as required

How to prepare Muttaappam?

1. Mix the first ingredients and add water to make a batter with the consistency of idli batter. Let it rest.

2. Heat oil in a shallow pan and pour small portions of the batter. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
