Mixed Minced Omelette recipe

Ingredients for Mixed Minced Omelette:

1. Eggs – 4

2. Minced meat – 1/4 cup, cooked

   Cooked noodles – 1/2 cup

   Onion, thinly sliced lengthwise – 1/2 cup

   Green chilli, finely chopped – 2 small spoons

   Ginge,r finely chopped – 2 small spoons

   Carrot slicedinto  1-inch thin strips – 2 small spoons

   Beans sliced into 1-inch thin strips – 2 small spoons

3. White pepper powder – 1/2 small spoon

    Salt – As required

4. Oil – As required

How to prepare Mixed Minced Omelette?

1. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat gently until well combined.

2. Add the second set of ingredients to the beaten eggs and mix well.

3. Add salt and white pepper powder as required and beat again.

4. Heat enough oil in a pan and pour the prepared egg mixture to make an omelette.

5. Cut the omelette into eight triangles and serve hot.
