Meat Loaf

Ingredients for Meat Loaf:

1. Minced meat – 900 grams

2. Garlic – 2 cloves, crushed

    Onions chopped fine – 1 cup

    Bread crumbs – 1 cup

    Milk – 1/3 cup

    Eggs – 2 big

    Tomato ketchup – Three big spoons

    Worcestershire sauce – Two big spoons

    Salt – 1 small spoon

    Basil leaves chopped – 1 small spoon

    Oregano – 1 small spoon

    Pepper powder – 1/4 small spoon

    Chilli powder – 1/2 small spoon

    Parsley – 2 big spoons 

3. Tomato ketchup – 3/4 cup

    Apple cider vinegar – 2 small spoons

    Brown sugar – 2 big spoons

    Garlic chopped – 1 big spoon

    Onion chopped – 1 big spoon

    Salt – 1/2 small spoon

    Pepper powder – 1/4 small spoon

How to prepare Meat Loaf?

1. Preheat oven in 180 degree Celsius.

2. Clean the minced meat thoroughly and transfer it to a bowl.

3. Add ingredients no: 2 to it, mix well and keep it in refrigerator for 1/2 to 1 hour.

4. Take a loaf pan and grease it first. Put a butter paper.

5. Add the marinated minced meat to the loaf pan and bake it for 45 minutes.

6. At the same time, blend ingredients 3 in a mixer to get a smooth paste. This is the  glaze. 

7. After baking the loaf for 45 minutes take it out from oven and spread the glaze on its top as a layer using a spoon.

8. Place it back to oven, increase the temperature to 200 degrees and make it for 15 minutes more.

9. Take it out, and allow it to cool for 5 minutes.

10. Slice it to pieces and serve with boiled vegetables of your choice.
