Kappa Verakiyath

Ingredients for Kappa Verakiyath:

1. Tapioca – ½ kg, cut to small pieces

    Sugar – ½ cup

    Coconut milk second extract – 2 cups

2. Coconut milk first extract – 1 cup

3. Coconut scrapped – ½ cup

4. Cardamom powder – 1 pinch

How to prepare Kappa Verakiyath?

1. Mix together ingredients no: 1 and cook well.

2. When it’s done, add first extract of coconut milk.

3. Add scrapped coconut and cardamom powder.

4. Mix well and serve.
