Hrithik Roshan is a superstar of Bollywood film industry and currently one of the top actors. He appeared as a child actor in a few movies of early 1980s directed by his grandfather Om Prakash and later assisted his father Rakesh Roshan in a few movies in the late 1980s. He marked his film acting debut in a lead actor with blockbuster – Kaho Na Pyar Hai in year 2000 and was hailed as ‘The star of millennium’.
He appeared in a string of movies – Fiza, Mission Kashmir, Aap Mujhe Achche Lagne Lage, Na Tum Jaano Na Hum, Lakshya, Mujhse Dosti Karoge! and Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon and also in a supporting role in blockbuster – Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham. When most of his films flopped or registered average response from box office, he faced a lot of criticism. But he returned back with a bang with the movie, Koi Mil Gaya directed by his father and went on to give a string of hits. Now he limits his works and releases just one or two movies a year and most of them have registered big success at box office.
Some of his major hits are Kaho Na Pyar Hai, Koi Mil Gaya, Krish, Krish 2, Dhoom 2, Bang Bang, Jodha Akbar, Agneepath, Zindagi Milega Na Dobara, Kabil, War, Super 30 etc. He received 4 Filmfare awards in best actor category, apart from many other honours. After Rajesh Khanna, he remains the most celebrated star of Bollywood with large number of female fans.

About personal life of Hrithik
He dated Suzannne for three years when Hrithik had just made up his mind to become an actor. They have been childhood friends till then. Soon after Hrithik became a star, they got married in 2001. They mutually separated in 2013, and unlike many divorced couples, they are still good friends, and spend time with their kids together. Before their separation, Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan were one of the hottest couples in Bollywood.
Since the beginning of shooting of ‘Kites’, they had a strained relationship. There were rumours of Hrithik’s affair with his co-star Barbara Mori. Their relationship couldn’t withstand with the test of time and broke up after 3 years. Yet when Kangana Ranaut openly told media that she was in relationship with Hrithik and that the actor betrayed her, Suzanne stood with her ex-husband.
