healthy rava dosa

Ingredients for Healthy Rava Dosa:

1. Oil – As needed

    Mustard, cumin, sesame seeds – 1 spoon each

    Curry leaves chopped fine – 1 big spoon

2. Rava, wheat flour, curd – ½ cup each

   Capsicum (Red, yellow, green) chopped fine – 2 big spoons each

   Shallots chopped fine – 2 big spoons

   Salt – As needed

    Water – ½ to 1 cup

3. Soda powder – ¼ small spoon

   Coriander leaves – 1 big spoon

How to prepare Healthy Rava Dosa?

1. Heat oil in a pan and sputter the seeds, followed by curry leaves.

2. Prepare dosa batter using ingredients no: 2.

3. Add water to adjust consistency of the thin dosa batter.

4. Add the fried items to the batter.

5. Finally add ingredients no: 3 and mix the batter well.

6. Allow the batter to rest for 10-15 minutes.

7. Heat a pan, grease with a little oil and prepare rava dosas.
