Grilled Chicken & Veg Beretta

Ingredients for Grilled Chicken & Veg Beretta:

1. Butter – 1 small spoon

    Oil – 1 small spoon

2. Garlic chopped fine – ½ small spoon

    Onion – 1, chopped

    Capsicum – 1, cut into lengthy and thin shapes

    Green chillies – 2, chopped

3. Chicken breast – 200 gm, cut into small pieces

    Crushed red chillies – ¼ small spoon

    Crushed pepper – ¼ small spoon

    Salt – For taste

    Cinnamon powdered – ¼ small spoon

    Oregano – ¼ small spoon

5. Multigrain chapatti – 1

6. Hummus – 2 small spoons

7. Lettuce – 10 gm

How to prepare Grilled Chicken & Veg Beretta?

1. Heat butter and oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 2.

2. Add ingredients no: 3 to it and sauté well, followed by oregano.

3. Cook chicken till it’s done. It should not be too dry, but like a paste in constituency.

4. Apply a thin layer of Hummus on one side of chapatti and place a lettuce leaf.

5. Place a little chicken filling inside it and then roll it.

6. Apply a little butter on chapatti roll, and grill it in a pan.

7. Serve hot with any sauce of your choice.
