Green Chutney
Ingredients for Green Chutney:
1. Mint leaves – 5 stem, chopped
Coriander leaves – 5 stem, chopped
Shallots – 3
Ginger – 1 small piece
Curry leaves – 1 petal
Green chillies – 3
Mustard – A pinch
Lemon juice – 1 big spoon
Salt – As required
2. Coconut scrapped – 1 cup
How to prepare Green Chutney?
1. Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 1.
2. Add coconut and blend once.
3. You can serve this green chutney with fried rice and snacks.

Ingredients for Green Chutney (Recipe 2):
1. Coriander leaves – 1 bundle
2. Mint leaves – 1 bundle
3. Curry leaves – 2 stems
4. Shallots – 5
5. Garlic – 4 cloves
6. Ginger – 1 small piece
7. Green chillies – 2
8. Coconut scrapped – 1 cup
9. Lemon juice – From 1 lemon
10. Salt – For taste
11. Sugar – ½ small spoon
How to prepare Green Chutney (Recipe 2)?
Blend all ingredients together in a mixer and prepare the chutney.
