Garlic Rice
Ingredients for Garlic Rice:
1. Basmati rice – 1 cup
2. Butter – 1 big spoon
3. Garlic crushed – 5-6 cloves
4. Salt and pepper – As required
How to prepare Garlic Rice?
1. Cook rice and strain excess water.
2. Heat butter, and sauté garlic.
3. Add cooked rice and mix it gently.
4. Add salt and pepper and put off the flame.
