Dates Shake recipe

Ingredients for Dates Shake:

  1. Milk – ½ liter
  2. Cold water – ½ cup
  3. Sugar – ½ cup
  4. Vanilla essence – a small spoon
  5. Coffee powder of good quality – ½ tsp
  6. Dates with seed removed – 10
  7. Butter – 1 small spoon
  8. Cashew chops – 1 big spoon

Dates Shake – Method of preparation:

  1. Freeze milk by placing it in the refrigerator.
  2. Take a mixer jar. Add milk along with the required amount of sugar, water, and vanilla essence. Beat well.
  3. Add coffee powder and dates, and beat them again.
  4. Heat butter in a pan and fry cashew pieces till they turn light brown.
  5. Add these cashew pieces to your date shake and serve in juice glasses.
