Ingredients for Dates Shake:
- Milk – ½ liter
- Cold water – ½ cup
- Sugar – ½ cup
- Vanilla essence – a small spoon
- Coffee powder of good quality – ½ tsp
- Dates with seed removed – 10
- Butter – 1 small spoon
- Cashew chops – 1 big spoon
Dates Shake – Method of preparation:
- Freeze milk by placing it in the refrigerator.
- Take a mixer jar. Add milk along with the required amount of sugar, water, and vanilla essence. Beat well.
- Add coffee powder and dates, and beat them again.
- Heat butter in a pan and fry cashew pieces till they turn light brown.
- Add these cashew pieces to your date shake and serve in juice glasses.
